It is hard to believe that this is free of everything I cannot have. It tastes as good as it looks. A Sweet Loren’s Fudgy Brownie cookie is on the bottom (hard to see) with So Delicious Mint Chip ice cream topped with Reddi Whip coconut milk whipped cream and sprinkles. Tip: heat the cookie for 10 seconds in the microwave so it is soft and warm.
