Last night, I went out to one of my favorite restaurants called Popojito. If you live in the Westchester, New York area, you should definitely try it. They make the best tacos and they are allergy friendly. Their tacos shells are made from corn so they are gluten-free. They also don’t use dairy unless you ask for cheese. If you don’t live nearby, most Mexican restaurants are relatively safe to eat at. Just make sure they don’t cook with soy if you are allergic, because many restaurants do!
