I was able to fully enjoy Thanksgiving. The whole meal was free of dairy, wheat, eggs, soy, and nuts. We had turkey breast, gravy made from the carrots, celery, and onions that roasted with the turkey (shown in the middle), roasted potatoes, grilled cauliflower and broccoli, and cucumber/tomato salad. I am thankful for being healthy and having my family’s support with my dietary restrictions.
