Notice! When I went on my full elimination diet, the doctors told me that I could have soybean oil and soy lecithin. I was also able to have eggs if they were past the third ingredient in packaged foods. The doctors also allowed me to eat foods that say "may contain" or "contains traces of".

The foods that I have listed on my blog contain ingredients that I was able to eat during different testing periods. For example, some foods may contain wheat but not dairy, eggs, peanuts, and soy. Make sure the foods are right for your diet.
