As a result of being off the top foods, you don't get the nutrition that you need to stay healthy. One big thing is the lack of calcium. Being off dairy takes a major toll on your calcium intake. One way I have been consuming calcium is through supplements. I have tried too many to count but here is my favorite.

Apart from eating gummies there are some other ways to consume calcium. One good way is through Tropicana Calcium orange juice. One serving is 8 fl oz and contains 35% of your daily intake which is 1,000 mg. Since 8 fl oz contains 350 mg, and one serving size of the gummies contains 500 mg, I try to drink 16 fl oz and eat the gummies every day to get a total of 1,200 mg of calcium.

There are also some great milk alternatives that provide good amounts of calcium. I enjoy coconut milk and oat milk! Here are some great brands:
